The atmosphere

The window where a plant's fate gets decided

Part of the assortment lives by a large south-facing window: it shows which plants really reach for the light and which tolerate shade — and we say so honestly, not just on the price tag.

  • Plants are grouped by the store's actual light zones
  • The tag shows real shade tolerance, not marketing copy
  • Come in and see how the plant actually looks in person

A survival guarantee you can see, not just promises

We talk about the guarantee as openly as we talk about price — the terms are the same for a first-time buyer and a regular.

Only vetted nurseries

We source from nurseries we monitor ourselves — no random resellers, no questionable batches.

Certified soil and fertiliser

Substrates and feed come with certificates you can review in store on request.

Free follow-up advice

If a plant starts acting up a month or two later, just message us and we'll work it out together.

Our principle

8years of testing it ourselves

Every species lives in one of our own homes for at least six months before it reaches the catalogue — if it yellows, dries out, or doesn't survive an Almaty windowsill winter, we won't sell it, no matter how often it's requested.

Care

How to care for each species

Monstera
Bright indirect light, water every 7–10 days, enjoys an occasional leaf misting.
Snake plant
Tolerates low light, water every 2–3 weeks — overwatering is a bigger risk than underwatering.
Fiddle-leaf fig
Keep it in one draft-free spot, water weekly, and avoid moving it around.
Phalaenopsis orchid
Indirect light, water by soaking every 7–10 days, needs orchid bark mix, not regular soil.
ZZ plant
Tolerates shade, water every 3–4 weeks, let the soil dry out fully between waterings.
Calathea
High humidity and indirect light, water every 5–7 days with soft, chlorine-free water.

FAQ

Common questions

Didn't find your answer here — just message us, we reply within the day.

How fast does an order arrive?

Within Almaty we usually deliver next-day; larger plants can sometimes go out same-day if they're in stock.

Will a plant survive winter delivery?

Yes, in winter every plant goes out in a thermal wrap and we warn the courier not to leave the box in the cold for more than a couple of minutes.

What if the plant arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 24 hours of receiving it — we'll replace the plant or refund you, no hassle.

Do you help pick a plant for my lighting?

Yes, tell us which way your windows face and what floor you're on — we'll suggest a species that will actually take.

Can I pick up my order myself?

Yes, in-store pickup is usually ready within 2–4 hours after your order is confirmed.

Do you sell pots separately from plants?

Yes, pots and ceramics can be bought on their own — we'll help match the size to a plant you already have.

Is there a guarantee the plant will survive?

If a plant dies in the first two weeks while you've followed our care instructions, we replace it for free.

Do you accept card payment?

We accept cards, Kaspi Pay, and cash — whatever works for you.
